Requirements

Professional experience
– experience in organising events, especially in facilitating workshops (cross-border
experience is a plus);
– experience in setting up and running activities for young people;
– knowledge of informal and nonformal education methods, tools, is highly desirable;
– experience in delivering workshops or projects in similar fields or with similar topics is
highly desirable.
Main responsabilities:
– collaborate with the project team and partners to facilitate coordination efforts;
– engage and build meaningful relationships with young participants, ensuring their
active involvement and participation in project activities;
– provide learning support to participants;
– act as a liaison between young participants and organisers, maintaining clear and open
communication to address questions, concerns, and feedback;
– participate in project evaluation activities, gathering feedback from participants, and
assessing the impact of project activities on youth;
– ensure the safety and well-being of young participants throughout the project activities;
– perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the project manager to
support project success.
Project specific tasks:
– deliver engaging road safety workshops to students, ensuring that the workshop
content is adequately conveyed;
– supervise the use of equipment during workshops, ensuring it is operational and that
students are using it safely;
– ensure the safety of students during workshop activities;
– provide photos, videos, and other materials for promotional activities related to the
project;
– contribute to project promotional efforts, including sharing project updates, stories, and
outcomes through various channels such as social media, blogs, and presentations;
– assist with logistical tasks, such as travel arrangements, accommodations, and event
planning;
– keep thorough records of project activities, participant contributions, and outcomes for
reporting and evaluation purposes.
